Rochester room wanted (early November)

Hi,
I'm looking for a room in a shared apartment, preferably with female housemates. Near Methodist Campus, or near a bus station.
I will be moving on November 9th.
I'm an international medical graduate and I will start a research trainee position at Mayo clinic.

Hi Doaa, I will have a room available then, its a house share, with three other women. Rent is $484 each, and utilities about $100 each person/mo. We are closer to St. Mary's, (0.9 miles away, 1.9 miles away from methodist,) but two blocks away from a bus station. Let me know if you want more information: jessjzacharias@gmail.com

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease 😊

You would be living with a great girl! We all keep to ourselves and let everyone have their own privacy.

This would be perfect for someone looking to have a shorter lease (till July)! There are many amenities that come with the place; a two-car garage, spacious downstairs, shared closet space and the room I have is enormous! Not only that, but it’s also within walking distance to numerous bus stops that go to Mayo (a block away). I used to work at the lab at Mayo and it’s a five-minute drive!

Rent is $797 monthly and the utilities are around or less than $100. There are no pets allowed.
