Room for rent near JAX florida campus

Hello, I am looking to sublease a room near mayo clinic jax campus for a year. What is the cheapest rate at which I can find a room. My budget is 500usd per month

The Mayo Jax is in a nice area of town and the Studio apartments rent for $1500 a month, unfurnished. Furnished costs $1700. With a $500 budget you will have to look on the north side of town, 40 minutes away from the Mayo at the older run down rooming houses. Not a safe area. I don't think you will like it. Better to get a bigger budget at least $1200 a month

True I have a large room upstairs that 2 females could share at $800 each, which includes 900 square feet private bath, walk in closet, internet ethernet and Wi-Fi, TV, utilities water electric and security at the gate furnished. Also parking in the driveway or you can take lyft to mayo $9 1 way you could split which is cheaper then getting a car. Plus kitchen area and private entrance. Let me know if this is in your budget.
