Roommate for extra bedroom in the house , 5 min walk to ST Mary's

Posting on behalf of my roommate — I’ll be moving out and room will be available in a beautiful, quiet home within short walking distance to St. Mary’s and downtown. It has been such a lovely place to live with Carly and Luna, and the location truly could not be more convenient. Perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable home close to Mayo/St. Mary’s and Downtown.

Looking for a female roommate for the extra bedroom in the house I am renting in NW Rochester! The house is located within walking distance of both St. Mary’s (~5min walk) and the downtown clinic buildings (~17min walk). The room has a dresser and small desk with a chair if interested.
The room is available for move-in after May 17th.
The main bathroom is shared, but there is also a half bath downstairs that you could have primary use of.
Rent is $1,000/month plus utilities. There is off street parking, and access to a basement storage area.
The house will be shared by myself (34, F, research coordinator) and my lovable dog, Luna (border collie mix, med-lg in size). Sorry, but no other pets are allowed.
Other amenities include:
• Safe, walkable neighborhood located in walking distance from Rochester’s bike trail network, multiple bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants.
• Fully furnished house outside of the available bedroom.
• Large back deck and fenced yard to enjoy in the warmer months.
I’m looking for a female renter who:
• Ideally can commit to a lease of 1 year (June 2026-June 2027). A shorter lease could be discussed.
• Keeps their space tidy and can clean up after themselves.
• Does not have a crazy party lifestyle. No drugs or smoking.
