Roommate needed, 2 bed/2bath Rochester MN, August 1st move in

Hello, I currently live at the Rosewater apartments. My roommate is moving out and I’m looking for a new one. I’ll be extending the lease for 12 months so a commitment from August 1st- July 31st is needed. My roommate will be moving out early so you can move in as soon as mid July if needed. You will have your own private room and bathroom while having a shared kitchen space and living room. The apartment complex has lots of good amenities including a fitness center, pool, a shuttle that runs to and from Mayo for free and more! Rent will be between $940-$980 per month with all utilities included except electricity. The shared living spaces are already furnished and I have a full size mattress and bed frame that I’m willing to give away if needed.
