Current roommate is leaving, looking for someone to move in. Lease starts April 4, but could be somewhat flexible if late March is needed. Looking for someone willing to sign a 12 month lease. Female roommates only.

Apartment is in Quarry Ridge apartment complex, at a great location minutes away from the West Lot or a 20 min walk from St. Mary's. You would have your own bathroom. Has laundry in-unit and a balcony. Apartment complex also has a pool and gym.
