Roommates needed for 4B 1BA House 11 Min. Walk from Saint Mary's

Hi everyone! I'm looking for roommates for the 4B1BA I just moved into. It is an 11 minute and 26 second walk to Saint Mary's, which has the free shuttle to downtown Mayo. It has onsite washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a spacious backyard with a brick patio, and basement storage.

I am a PCA at Mayo working through my radiography and molecular bio degrees. I have an 11 year old collie who is pretty chill in his senior years.

I don't have any preference on gender, but would prefer either students, researchers, or healthcare workers. My first place in Rochester consisted of all international researchers, which was a ton of fun so feel free to reach out in you're not from the US.

Rent would be around $500 plus utilities. Since I just moved in Im not sure how much they will come out to be but I would guess it would be around $100-$150. Available now.
