Roommates or 1BR / Studio Wanted

Looking for either an open room or 1 BR / studio available now or soon. Preferably walking distance to SMH or RMH but that's not a deal breaker. I have an 11 year old collie who has gotten pretty lazy in his senior years. Would like to stay under $1,000.

Would also be willing to look for a multi bedroom house / apartment if there are others looking for the same.

I'm in my mid 30s, work at the hospital as a PCA, go to school for biology, and am relatively boring in terms of partying. Between work and classes I won't be home a ton.
