Rooms Available in 4 bedroom 3 bath home NW Rochester

I am a new employee at Mayo and recently moved into a very nice 4 bedroom 3 bath home in NW Rochester. The landlords are also employees at Mayo. I have room for two people each would have their own bedroom and bath. Otherwise, I would also be open for one person to rent both rooms with their own bath. The neighborhood is great, near many walk/bike paths and close to major shopping areas. If only one person decides they want both rooms (with your own bath) rent would be $750 plus utilities or $450 plus 1/3 utilities if we have 3 persons. I have a great 6 year old lab and a cat who thinks he is a dog. They both get along great with other animals.
