Sublet apartment in Rochester

I want to sublet one bedroom apartment at Eastwood Ridge. You can move in in late June or early July. Current rent charge is $1235.00. After different kind of fees added, it is usually around $1270. Current lease goes through the end of December this year.
There is free underground parking. For people working for Mayo, there is free shuttle bus to downtown and St Mary's. It is very convenient especially in the winter. You don't need to worry about driving in the snow. The apartment is very new. I heard it was built just a few years ago. I can also give furniture for free if you need them.
