Sublet from me

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a two bedroom apartment a mile from downtown. There is a bike trail that takes you almost all the way to Mayo clinic. It's a 20 minute walk or a 7 minute bike ride to the downtown Mayo campus. Rent is $850 a month and includes all utilities except electric and heat. There is off street parking, and snow removal and lawn care is included.
