Take Over My Lease at Riverwalk Rochester!

Hi!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my gorgeous 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in downtown Rochester at Riverwalk. (https://riverwalkrochester.com/) First off, I truly love my apartment/building but I have accepted a new job out of state and sadly have to leave. The building management always go above and beyond with weekly yoga (now on zoom), resident activities, and donuts every Saturday. 😉 The building is less than 10 minutes walking to Mayo Clinic Methodist Hospital. The building is beautiful, and the apartment has luxury finishes such as quartz countertops, a gas range, dishwasher, built in microwave, stainless steel range hood, and W/D in unit.

You will be taking over my lease of the M layout starting 4/1/21 and ending 6/30/21. I have an excellent view of the Zumbro River and downtown Rochester. I get all of the afternoon light and some beautiful sunsets! Rent is $1,425, cable/WiFi fee of $80, trash & recycling $10, and an optional underground garage parking spot at $165 totaling $1,680/month. Gas is free and utilities generally run around $50 and water/sewer is $10-14. Amenities include an outdoor pool deck with a pool, hot tub, loungers, bocce ball, and grills. There is also a gym, entertainment suite, game room, and coffee bar all included! You can watch the Rochester Honkers baseball team right from the pool deck. I am also looking to sell my couch (the coziest to relax on!), coffee table, tv stand, barstools, two outdoor chairs with a side table, and my queen bed frame/mattress.
