WHAT IT IS: It’s the most wonderful time of year to focus on you. We all have personal strengths when it comes to our well-being, but during the holidays, even with the best intentions, new barriers are presented to us which can keep us from focusing on these healthy behaviors. For this six-week challenge, it’s all about YOU! You’re the expert, you’re in control, and you decide what goal you want to work toward this holiday season. Perhaps it’s getting more sleep, being more active, managing finances, coping with stress, or any goal that has meaning for you.

I love this challenge! This is a great way for me to make sure to proactively enjoy the holidays! We travel a lot during the holidays and I always feel like we are rushing everywhere. This year, I am going to plan to approach the holidays with the intent to slow down and e-n-j-o-y the moments with family.
Just curious, is this a self-driven challenge, or will there be assigned tasks, such as other challenges in the past. I’m excited to give this a try either way, and I really appreciate how you help me keep ME in mind, even during the busiest of times! Thank you!
This challenge is self-driven. It will walk you through identifying and maintaining a goal throughout the holiday season. It is designed to help you stay on track with your goal! Way to go in keeping your well-being in mind during a busy season! You are awesome!

This is a self-driven challenge. With the business of the holidays it can be tough to stay focused on tasks assigned by our team or the program itself so over the years we have try to let the participate dictate what they want to focus on and how involved it gets for them. I wish the best of luck on the goal/s you have set for yourself over the next six weeks.
