Please join Mark A. Hyde, Employee Assistance Program manager and Jody Nation, L.P.C.C., Employee Assistance Program staff counselor, for Compassionate Leadership in Action, a presentation highlighting principles for managing people, including concepts of compassionate leadership. You’ll learn how to:

  • Effectively manage various personalities and workplace behaviors
  • Demonstrate compassionate leadership attributes
  • Use the SAFE model to manage challenging conversations with employees
