Have you decided to jump into the new Legal Insurance plan?

Do you need to sign up for a flexible spending account for 2020?

Is your PTO balance reaching the maximum?

If your answer to any of these questions is "yes", now is your time to take action!  Open Enrollment for Mayo Clinic Benefits is November 1 through 15.  The first step is to review the Open Enrollment Summary.  Next, access Self Service on the Mayo Clinic intranet (the link is in HR Connect).

Once you have logged into Self Service, click on the following path:  Bookmarks/Employee Self Service/Open Enrollment/Enroll-Change Benefits.  Then, follow the instructions on screen.  (Note:  Legal Insurance will be pre-selected.  You will have an option to decline this new coverage.)

If you run into trouble along the way, you can reach out to HR Connect by phone at 1-888-266-0440.  Have your Employee ID and PIN ready to get personal support.

Deb, you could access the Medica website and review your claims for the year to see the approved charges for each one. That would give you an idea of how much the plan has paid compared to what you paid.
