There were so many great tips as always! Great job team!

I really enjoyed the Find the Fun habit, @gretlcain

I am going to challenge myself and others around me to engage in the moment. Together. 🙂

We took Tina Bialzik's awesome idea and made the recipe of the month. Since I'm part of the newsletter review team I had advance notice of the recipe! Health Promotion staff in SWWI each brought of a few of the ingredients (I'll admit we added a lot of extra fruit!) and enjoyed the yummy salad at our staff meeting.

Anne,
This looks delicious! I am going to share this post with the ladies in my office area. I want to try this recipe and hope they will join me. Such a fun way to jazz up lunch!

This is great! There is just something about sharing food together that creates an atmosphere of teamwork. This reminds me of an example of what one Well-Being Champion here in FL did. Tony Hannaken did a recipe contest with his co-workers who all work from home! He had them all snap a picture of a healthy lunch and send the recipe to him. He then made a work group healthy lunch recipe book for his whole team! THAT SALAD LOOKS AMAZING, BTW!
