What a great way to get into running where your at. Ive been running for years now but forget sometimes where I started. I may be young but I remember when I joined my high schools cross country team. The first conditioning day we ran 1 1/2 miles without stoping and this was a challenge. By the end of high school I was running up to ten miles at a time. I don't say this to brag. The key for me was being consistent and having a community which was my teammates to push me.
Thank you for pushing us to keep going.
Thanks for sharing your story. It just goes to show that everyone has to start somewhere, no matter how slow you are or how far you can go if you keep working at it you'll make tremendous strides by the end. Good luck in your training, Brandon.
This makes me feel good, being on the beginner end of the journey. 🙂 Thanks for sharing, @brandonevans!
