A key WHY for me is helping others. I am a teacher by trade and am now blessed to help others improve the experience they have working at Mayo.

This is such a GREAT challenge and way to help us all appreciate the great work we do and why we do it. Thanks and I am looking forward to seeing other people's WHY!
