I like the term you used... overwhelmed with opportunity. I think really speaks to this time in our lives and mayo culture. And in those times of being overwhelmed to pause and look for the opportunity in the situation.

2 ReactionsShow Gratitude and Praise
“We are all in this together” has been a popular mantra in 2020, but how often have you stopped to recognize and appreciate those who have been “in this” with you? Let your significant other, family members or social sphere know how much you’ve appreciated their support over the past months. Whether you call them, have a video chat or send a note, be specific in your gratitude and praise. Your sincere thanks will probably make their day!

1 ReactionHealth & Friendship Connections Count
Friends can help celebrate good times, provide support during bad times, prevent loneliness, and offer needed companionship. Sometimes we overlook potential friends who are already in our social network. This month, aim to connect with one new person in a meaningful way. One way to make meaningful connections is by joining a virtual connection group.

Setting Boundaries
When it comes to achieving your work-life integration “sweet spot,” setting boundaries is essential, yet also something that can be challenging and easier said than done. Identify one healthy boundary to focus on this month, such as taking a wellness walk, leaving work at work, eating lunch away from your desk, etc. For accountability, communicate this boundary with those around you and develop a plan to adhere to it. Set a goal for a realistic amount of time, and then check in often with your progress.
