As they mentioned 8 to 6 weeks, we are still on time.
I am a little bit worried about the VISA application time. Here, it should take 1 week to get the appointment but I don't know if the current situation can delay the answer.

Same here Shiva, they sent me an email on December 31st stating that the issuance takes from 6 to 8 weeks...

? Hey Shiva have your received your DS 2019.... I have to start the 23rd March and I have not received any update.
No not yet...I have mailed them multiple times. I have finally contacted my mentor...I am waiting for his reply.
