Is it possible to access the Mayo Intraweb from off site? Was hoping to go through the webiste while at home but can't seem to get through to it.

If you are given supervisor approval for VPN access, you can access the Mayo intranet from home. Without it, you cannot.

Are you asking specifically for orientation day, or for your ongoing commute because the answer is different. There is information for orientation day in Rochester as well as a video about parking here - https://connect.employees.mayo.edu/page/new-employee/tab/beforeday1/#getting-to-orientation.
The part of the video that may provide you with the most value coming from Byron, is the Commuter Bussing section, offered by Rochester City Lines.

There are many great well-being resources you can take advantage of once you start no matter where you are located. Fitness facilities vary per site, as do options for memberships at area gyms.
