Hello,

Starting April 2025 there is 1 furnished bedroom available for rent. Perfect for students, interns, and any one looking for shorter term housing.

The house is in a perfect location, steps away from the Mayo/St Mary's shuttle, shopping, etc. Downtown is only about a mile away as well. Perfect for those who don't own a vehicle.

Price is $700 per month including all utilities, gas, etc.

There are currently 2 males in late twenties living here as well as a dog.
