Starting April 2025 there is 1 furnished bedroom available for rent. Perfect for students, interns, and any one looking for shorter term housing.

The house is in a perfect location, steps away from the Mayo/St Mary's shuttle, shopping, etc. Downtown is only about a mile away as well. Perfect for those who don't own a vehicle.

Price is $700 per month including all utilities, gas, etc.

There are currently 2 males in late twenties living here as well as a dog.

I'm starting a fellowship and need a place for two years, but a short term room like yours for a few months while I get the lay of the land could be ideal. I'll be arriving in mid June, but more importantly, how awesome is your dog?
