Can I ask what you are looking for? Price range? Do you need to allow pets? House or apartment complex? Close to campus or further from downtown?

There are many options in the area. Just need to know your preferences.

The boulders
Several great amenities, near several shopping stores, quiet, clean, and safe apartment complex.

I am a 28 year old female starting at Mayo this month, and I just moved into 501 on First a few days ago. The building manager, David, has been great to work with and very helpful! So far I am really liking it, and it is walking distance to both Methodist and St. Mary's. Feel free to message me if you'd like to connect or get David's info 🙂

I am also looking for a place to rent starting end of Feb/beginning of March, open to studio, or one bedroom or finding a roommate through here and doing a 2 bedroom! I am a 29 yo female, starting a job as a PA in March! I'll be new to the area so definitely looking to meet people too!

Villages of Essex Park is good. 2 bed is around $1200. About 10 minute to campus but also right on bus line

Where is the closest shuttle lot to this complex? I will be working rotating shifts at St. Mary's.
