Flats 55 in Stewartville is brand new and beautiful. Great location, short drive to Rochester.

I am also looking for a place to rent starting end of Feb/beginning of March, open to studio, or one bedroom or finding a roommate through here and doing a 2 bedroom! I am a 29 yo female, starting a job as a PA in March! I'll be new to the area so definitely looking to meet people too!

I work at Mayo in Oncology and I have another roommate who works at IBM. We are looking for a third person to rent a nice house in NW Rochester. This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home. It is in a nice neighborhood right off 52. We are close to all the major shopping areas and very close to Mayo. If you are interested in sharing a house please let me know. Hello! I currently live at The Preserve on Maine and love it! They have an hourly shuttle to and from Mayo Clinic, a fitness center, recreation room, are close to walking trails, and are pet friendly! Not to mention, it is close to Target and a few other places to shop. I may have a sublease opportunity available soon -- please let me know if you'd like more information!
