Employee Info Access at Home

I have not figured out how to access email or payroll or schedule information at home. If I try to login on the employee portal it automatically changes me to my personal patient portal login. Anyone have a hint for me?

when you use this website, the site asks you for a user name and password, is this our login in say like at the desktop at work, or do we need to create another user name and password? I am very new to mayo.

I am not sure which website you are referring to. The initial response to this question is no longer relevant and I am not sure if the information update shared in 2020 is relevant now either. Please clarify what you are trying to access. Thanks.

I would recommend calling the help desk. They had it working within 5 minutes for me. I called from home and had my computer in front of me. Hope this helps.

If you have NOT installed the Microsoft Authenticator app, do that FIRST - https://socialmedia.mayoclinic.org/installing-microsoft-authenticator/

THEN, access the COVID-19 Telework Resources site here - https://mctools.sharepoint.com/teams/COVID-19-Telework/SitePages/Home.aspx

the top link does not work. Can the QR code or the URL and code for mayo's authenticator be posted on here? That would make it a lot easier for everyone else!

Can someone please help me? I have been trying to download that Microsoft A. app. with no luck. I am so techy challenged! Thanks!
