Helping your team through a change- Gratitude Alphabet

I would love to hear your ideas around using a Gratitude Alphabet (see above link) in the team setting? Any creative and fun ideas? I am on a virtual team and am thinking about a "Water Cooler" Skype Discussion string where we share what we are grateful for with each letter throughout a few weeks.

Have any of you done any gratitude activities in your areas?

Love this idea and will try it with a project team I am on later this week. There are only five of us, so we will only get through 5, maybe 10 of the letters if we each take two. I will let you know how it goes. 🙂

It went very well and the people shared some amazing things they were grateful for. The only rule, you could pick whichever letter you wanted, as long as it hadn't already been used. I will do this again in the future. It was a great view into a different part of our colleague's minds. Highly recommended!
