I just walked over to the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center to pick something up from @bethriley. I was inspired on my walk over there by a woman outside the building. She was waiting for her husband to finish a phone call, but she wasn’t really waiting. She was active in the moment. On the bench, she would sit down, stand up, repeat, repeat, repeat. When I left the building minutes later, she was stretching her calves by going up on her tip toes, then back down, repeat, repeat, repeat. 🙂
I would like to be more ACTIVE in the moment. Please share the things you do in the moment to be more active. In the meantime, I will be doing the following series: sit down, stand up, repeat, repeat, repeat.
