Hang out with friends and laugh a lot!
I am running and going for walks a lot. When I am outside being active, I try to look at the sky and nature and remember things that I am thankful for. When my running gets difficult, I remember my people who have been struggling with serious illnesses this year. Also, trying to remember to take deep breaths and stretch periodically throughout the day.
Finding ways to do one thing during the day that brings me joy. Walking outside, laughing, connecting with family.
