How do you stay positive?
12 Habits for Well-Being, the habit for November is Practice Positivity!
I want to know how you stay positive when you are having a tough day at work or home, when things never seem to play out right, when you haven't gotten enough sleep, during the holidays when there is so much to do and it seems like there is not enough time, or any other challenge life throws at you.
