2. What are your biggest wellness accomplishments to date?
3. What do you envision accomplishing with this training program

Welcome to everyone in Arizona and Florida. Who's ready to start this 5k training? Are you trying to get a personal "best" time with your 5k OR are you trying out your first 5k ever and just want to finish? I'd love to hear from you.

Ready! We are getting pumped here in FL for the race! First time ever we are having it here in FL. Participants are excited that strollers are welcome on the course and that we will be able to have the route on our campus as it is a beautiful, green campus! Can't wait to train with you! My family and I had a great walk last night. My kids LOVED the toy soldier part of the warm up!

Very excited for Florida and Arizona to get started up. Awesome that you are getting your family involved in this activity. Teach when they're young. Thank you for sharing.
