Mayo Clinic Health System is a family of clinics, hospitals and other health care facilities with physical presence in 39 communities in four regions in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The Health System oversees their own experiences, so you will need to go through the specific site to complete the Clinical Experience Request Form. Be sure to fill in all spots that have a red asterisks, even if it is N/A, otherwise the form will not go through.

  1. Go to mayoclinichealthsystem.org
  2. Click on Locations and search for the site you would like to visit
  3. Highlight location, select distance, click view locations
  4. Click location you are interested in
  5. Click on Careers
  6. Click on Student Opportunities
