What Skills are Important for the Workplace of the Future?

FutureWorkplace-smallGetting ready for the workplace of the future will require different skills than what was required to be successful in previous generations.  To succeed, the primary skill to master is learning to learn.  Learning a specific skill in preparation for a lifelong career isn't as relevant as it used to be.  Being able to learn new skills at a rapid pace and learn to apply these skills in an ever-changing work environment is the key.
