Employee Info Access at Home

Posted by suroland @suroland, Oct 30, 2018

I have not figured out how to access email or payroll or schedule information at home. If I try to login on the employee portal it automatically changes me to my personal patient portal login. Anyone have a hint for me?

Sorry you are having trouble, @suroland. Have you tried this address - mayoemployees.org/

This gets me to my employee portal, giving me access to some of what you mentioned.

Hope this helps!

I did manage to logon to see my paycheck. I wasn't able to get into Outlook for external access, however. It states "Your profile data is missing please contact your system administrator." Ideas on how to proceed from there?

@suroland, you can use OWA (Outlook Web Access) which allows you to access email anywhere you have internet access. However, in order to use it, you have to be on campus to enroll/set up your access.

To enroll your account for secure authorization from a Mayo workstation on campus, go to http://access.mayo.edu/enroll.

That should take care of the error message you were receiving.

If you have NOT installed the Microsoft Authenticator app, do that FIRST - https://socialmedia.mayoclinic.org/installing-microsoft-authenticator/

THEN, access the COVID-19 Telework Resources site here - https://mctools.sharepoint.com/teams/COVID-19-Telework/SitePages/Home.aspx

I am trying to access my paycheck from home - which I used to be able to do - but now the link I used, as well as the above mayoemployees.org link - instantly convert to a much longer link which Chrome then tells me "the header is too long". I don't think that the Microsoft registration is relevant here - I'm not trying to telework or access email. Is anyone able to help?

Hi! Every time I try to set up/enroll in the MFA it asks me for the MFA code so I’m stuck in a loop. Any advice?

I think your best bet would be to call the help desk.

when you use this website, the site asks you for a user name and password, is this our login in say like at the desktop at work, or do we need to create another user name and password? I am very new to mayo.
