My current landlady is looking to rent out a FURNISHED bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Rochester. Great location next to parks and very close to the k-mart bus stop. Only $530 a month plus utilities (55-65/month).
I currently live at The Preserve on Maine and love it! They have a Mayo Clinic Shuttle, fitness center, recreation room, are close to walking trails, and are pet friendly!

They have an hourly shuttle to and from Mayo Clinic, a fitness center, recreation room, are close to walking trails, and are pet friendly! Not to mention, it is close to Target and a few other places to shop. I may have a sublease opportunity available soon -- please let me know if you'd like more information!
