Inner Explorer is offering their family mindfulness app for free from now through the summer.

Khan Academy

Khan Academy, a non-profit education program, is offering free daily schedules for kids ages 2- 18 as well as parent and teacher resources.

National Geographic Kids

National Geographic Kids offers free online games, videos, quizzes, homework resources, and more for elementary-aged children.

PBS Kids

PBS Kids has free games and videos on their website as well as a free daily newsletter with activities and tips to help kids learn and play at home. Sign up on their website or downloaded on your mobile device. PBS.com/parents is providing free resources for parents to support their children.


Playworks is sharing their Play at Home Playbook to help parents double as physical education teachers. Download the free playbook here. They also offer livestream recess programs on their Facebook page.

Mental Health America (MHA)

To aid individuals and communities during this time, MHA has compiled a range of resources and information on mental health.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

NAMI has compiled a list of COVID-19 information and resources with mental health resources for getting support in every aspect of your life. For additional support, call the NAMI Helpline Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., EST at (800) 950-6264.

Neurocore Brain Performance

Neurocore Brain Performance is offering free telehealth counseling to all first responders and medical professionals in the U.S. through May 1st, 2020. Sign up on their website.

Simple Habit

Peruse Simple Habit’s collection of free meditations and other resources for use during the pandemic here.
