Life is full of change and Mayo Clinic’s annual Open Enrollment gives you a chance to review and update your benefit elections to keep in step with your needs. For family coverage, eligible family members include:

  • Spouse
  • Biological or legally adopted children, and stepchildren who are under age 26.
  • Disabled children age 26 and older may be eligible for benefits. Please contact HR Connect (formerly the Employee Service Center) for more information on how to provide proof of disability.
